WHO WE ARE

We’re Téjanna and Rachel — two best friends who met when we were seven years old and have been inseparable ever since. We’ve grown up side by side, navigating every high and low life has thrown at us, always with each other to lean on. We’ve always called ourselves soulmates in friendship form, and that’s exactly how the name Sole Sisters was born.

Fashion has always been a shared love. Pilates quickly became another. But above everything, what we love most is doing life together — creating, dreaming, building, and showing up for each other in every season.

Sole Sisters was created as a way to bring our love for fashion into the pilates space while also building a community of like-minded women — our own sisterhood. On November 14th, we brought that vision to life with our first-ever Sole Sisters Creator Event.

We brought together 15 creators from across the GTA — pilates girlies, gym girlies, content girlies, and everything in between. Most arrived not knowing each other, but by the end of the event, everyone was laughing, connecting, taking content, and bonding in the most natural way. It was everything we hoped for and more

With the support of incredible sponsors like Dose, FreshPrep, Demetres, Ever Snap Collective, Pink Water Productions, The Buna Alley, Supplement King, and LuxePetalCo we were able to create an atmosphere that felt warm, fun, and deeply rooted in community — all while highlighting amazing Toronto and Canadian brands.

But our vision doesn’t stop at events. We want to continue creating grip socks that feel unique, elevated, and confidence-boosting — inside and outside the pilates studio. Whether you're wearing your Sole Sisters socks for pilates, yoga, barre, or everyday life, your Sole Sisters have you (literally).

This is just the beginning. We’re committed to hosting more events for women across the GTA — afternoons filled with wellness, pilates, girlhood, content, and genuine connection.

Sole Sisters isn’t just a brand — it’s a community. And we’re so excited to keep growing it with you!
